The Curious releases visual for Better Than That

"Better Than That" is the fourth track and follow-up video of City Lights from the 5-piece Indie/Alternative Rock band from London. Ever since emerging out of the eye-candy, ear-gasm pot that was hand brewed from the music Gods themselves, The Curious has left us with so many questions: What kind of shampoo does Dominic use? With strong hands like Sam's, are they as good at drumming as they are at massages? Can Lewy, James & Alex strum other things as fast as they strum strings?

What other hidden talents do these guys possess other than the ones they've so generously displayed in their video? The wonderful secrets to these questions are only as techno-colored as the visual itself with flashes of moments the guys have experienced since the release of their E.P., "The Electric Sheep". Here, we see the guys not only touring, but enjoying every day non-famous people things like joking around, celebrating birthdays and enjoying some fine art. After getting the catchy hook out of your head and pausing from being bedazzled by the performances of these guys, you need to stop and listen to the message of the song."The song is motivation for those who get down about things that have been said about them which might not be true, and is a reminder for them to rise above and realize that they’re better than that," says the band.

In attraction to this beautifully jamming tune, "Better Than That" rushes the gates of introductory openers with an instant head-nodding guitar melody that pilots throughout the song leaving air pockets for the mates to play around with. With the song being a manifestation of trials we all experience in one point of our lives, The Curious snapshots it into a fun & uplifting song that is supported by a lively 2 minute and 31 second"wish you were here" video. With vibes and sounds remnant of Foster The People, the track causes no limitations on the boys willingness to entertain and impress. Since the release of their smash-worthy E.P., we've asked what else have they been up to besides breaking dancing in the middle of a crowded square: "we’ve put out a few music videos, played more shows around London including BST Hyde Park, wrote some more songs and are now getting ready to put out a new single".

With already well over 5k views in one week, this band has definitely earned 100% of our support and we look forward to seeing what else they have YET to put out. P.S.: Hurry up & come to the states boys! We still have more Curious questions where that came from.
