With familiar textures, wave-riding vocals, and trap-soul meets "One Page Letter "90s R&B vibes,"Gone"emulates that old school meets new school era music beginning with a delicious laid-back and chill record of layered chord curls, Timberland bass and an opener of "I woke up in silence". With shades of love, heart break and inner-self findings, this single offers a variety of self efficiency, off kilter balance and the need to halt yourself when the world is moving too fast around you. The song is a clear representation of the various levels of Chi and her own artistic sound which resonates with the pull of this music's generation and what she strives to attempt to define her musical outlet and artistic structure.
